Defiant Coffee was the first brand of mushroom I’d ever tried. I will say I did not know what to expect and was kind of leery. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this coffee. It’s very smooth and without the bitter taste of regular coffee. I just finished my 2nd bag (here to purchase again) and this is what I’ve noticed: I feel more alert/ have more energy from one cup of coffee that I did with two or three of non mushroom coffee. I also don’t get the ‘jitters’, it’s also easy on my stomach. It’s definitely worth trying a bag
